  • Q: Do I have to pay a fee to share my videos?Do I have to pay a fee to share my videos?
  • A: You can share videos in our V:sandbox for free.
  • Q: How do I delete my own video?
  • A: Login and click the link to edit your Videos. Select the video that you wish to delete by clicking on its title. When the Edit Video page loads, click the Delete button.
  • Q: Can I delete my account?
  • A: The simple answer is no. However, by deleting your Videos and removing your personal information from your Profile, you can essentially remove your account. To delete your personal profile information, click on the link to edit your Profile, clear all of the fields and then click Submit.
  • Q: Can I send out videos via instant messenger?
  • A: Absolutely. You must first be logged into an existing AIM account. Click on the video that you wish to send. When the video page loads, click on the AIM button in the Share menu to the right of the video player. This will create a new AIM message that includes a link to the video that you wish to share. Choose a recipient and click Send.
