Every time you upload a new video and customize it with vCONNECT myBRAND you are automatically entered for a chance to win a Aiptek DV5900 Digital Video Camera. We are giving away one camera each Friday for the entire month of December!

Entries will be collected automatically every week, starting on Friday Nov 24th at 12:01am. The first week of the contest will be closed at 12:00:59 on Friday December 1st, Drawings will be held and the winners will be announced at www.vsocial.com/winners. We will also notify the winners at the email address associated with their vSocial account and the contest will restart and run for another week, repeating until the fifth and final winner is chosen on Friday December 29th.

1. A Video is counted as an entry only if the video is accepted, deemed safe-for-work and the vCONNECT MyBRAND process is completed. All videos must be original, non copyrighted content and the user must have a valid email address associated with their vSocial account.

2. Each individual can enter as many times as they wish, however if users upload the same video multiple times that person will be disqualified. The number of entries received determines the odds of winning.

3. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, Eighteen (18) years or older, as of December 01, 2006. Employees of VSOCIAL and employees of the companies providing the prizes are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Contest is void where prohibited by law.

4. Prizes: There will be 5 of the following prizes awarded: Aiptek Digital Video Camera (DV5900), and are subject to availability. Estimated prize value is approximately $150. vSOCIAL reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in case of product availability issues..

5. Winners: Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of a prize and those not specified are the responsibility of each winner. vSOCIAL assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, injury or death resulting from the acceptance and use of this prize. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Agreement: All contest entrants, by their participation, agree to be bound by these Official Rules. vSOCIAL reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules, and any subsequent entries of the disqualified entrant. Additionally, entrants and winners agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless vSOCIAL, participating properties, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out oftheir participation in the promotion and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. All winners must be 18-years or older and by accepting the prize, agree to the use of their name or likeness for advertising or publicity purposes without compensation, and upon request, provide consent to such use in writing.

Limitation of Liability: vSOCIAL is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail or entries; or for transactions that are processed late or incorrectly; or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. vSOCIAL reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the offer as determined by vSOCIAL in its sole discretion.

8. Names of Winners: The promotion winners will be posted as winners on http://www.vSocial.com. For written names of all the winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
