  • A: There is no limit to the number of video uploads.
  • Q: Is there a size limit to the videos that I upload?
  • A: Yes, we limit the size of video uploads to 100MB each.
  • Q: I am having problems with Safari, what do I do?
  • A: Unfortunately, V:social cannot support Safari. Please use another browser.

TECH SPECS:

Once you sign up for your Video Channel, you will be sent detailed instructions. Below is what you can expect.

STAGE I: LOG IN
We will send you log-in instructions. Before creating your Video Channel, you will need to become a user of the V:sandbox. Go to the V:sandbox Toolkit to learn how.

STAGE 2: LAYOUT
You will selecte a template and color scheme for your channel. Then you will upload your logo.

STAGE 3: CATEGORIES
You can add new categories that will correspond to the video channels you wish to use. These can be anything you want to use to categorize your videos and can overlap (the same video can belong to multiple categories).

STAGE 4: MANAGE
On the Manage tab you assign videos to channels and publish them to your website .

STAGE 5: ADVANCED
You can create your own template if you know basic HTML.

STAGE 6: DIRECT TRAFFIC TO YOUR WEBSITE
Finally, start directing your traffic to your site.
